At arrival, even before asking any details the first sentence reception guy told me that he doesn't have my booking. he repeated the sentence a few times then asked me when did I book, my name etc... after few minutes he gave me the room. Room are below average. service is slow, you ask for a coffee, wait an hour.
location is ok. Staff is polite but not much helpful or needs few follow-ups to help you.
