Our stay was awesome.. happy with the overall experience in this guest house. Except the staff was reluctant to provide toiletries ( Soap n shampoo) and multiple reminders on checkout which irritated us the most

Best place to stay only 300 meters from Calangute and approx 1.5 km to bagha beach,titos lane , clean,calm and safe environment homely stay good rooms and good staff behaviour.

Owner kam ho to hi baat karega verna mujhe kiski jarurat nahi ne vese rehta he hum tumhare hotel pe aaye he rehne keliye tub to thik tarha se baat karo owner se accha to room cleaner he laxman respectfully baat karta he humse 🙏

Room was super clean more than we expected by other reviews. They clean the rooms n collect garbage eveyday though u forget to ask. everything is convenient all the shops are nearby Next to Mac D & the most imp is only 10minutes walking distance from the calangute beach. Owner and the receptionist is very helpful close your eyes go for it if u r visiting North Goa. I felt this is the most Safe & calm place for girls as there are 3different guest houses of Albenjoh house No disturbance of boys group.

The experience was average. Only for stay without restaurant per day rent is bit higher as compared to other hotels around.They don't have proper facilities in bathroom. All the time we have to go out from room and call for room service as they don't have intercom and the room service STOP at 7.p.m. There's no proper reception also, people has to wait outside till the owner comes out. 🙄

Owner is rude behavior Water is not provided Rooms are so hot Beds are old Rooms are not cleaning properly Room service are not available Landline phone not available Bathrooms are not cleaning and damaged Doors are damaged Very strict behavior and Rules are strict.. AC are not working.. owner blame the climate stating its not cooling because of hot wheather which was a lame excuse.. and light should be brighter.. rooms are not cleaned on daily.

Hotel is at good location nearest to Calangute Beach i.e 1 kms and appx 2 km from Baga Beach.. Spacious rooms.
