Service is very bad. They are not providing services as per the money they are charging. No daily room cleaning is done. Calls on reception are not picked up. They will not change towels and provide water bottle even after asking them directly at reception. You have to go and ask 3-4 times before they send it. Food also not good. Very limited option and daily same items

Good location and vibrancy. The pool is big and maintained well.
Washrooms should have windows, sometimes stinks.
Beach is at a walking distance.

Good hotel and decent value for money. Good rooms, well maintained and good housekeeping. Ideal for Families. Restaurant Food and Service was strictly ok - could be much better. Like all places in Goa - the staff tends to give more attention to white skin.

Stay was comfortable.... Sinquirim beach is 2 mins walking....just behind the resort....taxi stand is in front of resort....on the main road itself....food is reasonable price and decent in taste....

1. location is good
2. quite place, the beach access from the resort is very quite and less crowded.
3. rooms are ok ok type, not so good.
4. facilities: breakfast and dinner is ok. mostly foreigner stays in this hotel.
