After reach hotel, they denied to give room and asked payment confirmation. food very delay to given and no card payment options. they have POS machine but not utilising. over all very dissatisfied.

Horrible experience and arrogant staffs.. initially they denied checkin and we waiting in the lobby for 1.5 hrs saying booking is not showing in their system and after so many conversation they agreed it now showing.Worst part is the room given to us was uncleaned and even after calling several times house keeping did not come , you will wonder why they dint come it’s because they don’t have room service , we took a broom and cleaned ourselves. Stay was okay not so great as many facilities were not available. Staffs were co-operative, room was neat & clean and gym was not functioning. There was no swimming pool, no Spa. Only location was great close to sea beach.
