we had booked the room two weeks in advance, yet the check-in was delayed by over an hour. when we asked the reason, we were told the room was still being cleaned — quite unexpected for a hotel of this level.
the hotel’s interior and the room were beautiful and comfortable, but we faced several issues:
the bathroom shower was not working.
the telephone in the room (314) was also not functional.
