We faced some difficulty to reach at the location and it was far away from the main point. Food was average. There was one lady I think she was the owner of the property. We didn't find any time limitation during the stay period.

Distance and Contact number(provide one landphone number too, as the location is in a village road) alone, is the problem which i faced there, during my visit. Wi-Fi also to be provided, rest all ok like room, cleanliness, food etc..

Simply awesome in every aspect...no complaints at all... Calm and soothing, if u are looking for quite stay with birds chirping around and hills staring then this is the best place to stay..

It was great experience staying over there , but it is bit far from Madikeri .Homestay are very friendly and helpful .

Located in outskirts of Somawarpet Town. It's a home stay with an 3* hotel experience. Room, bathroom, balcony & view, dining hall, spacious parking lot is all well maintained with Clean & Hygiene. Mr.Sadananda (Owner)will guide you to find the place. They provide yummy food from there restaurant which is in town. Breakfast is complimentary, dinner u need to order. Free estate visit if time permits. It was a good pleasant stay for us. ****, thank you. Will recommend this property even without the discount.

A very decent and comfortable stay!
The hotel is a homestay with very spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel is based at a very calm place so it is perfect if you wish to stay in peace and enjoy your stay.
