no doubt good behavior by manage but the room was untidy and worst in this guest house. now this is really wrong u offered the room for so it's not our fault. the room was already opened as if it was used by someone already, it was not cleaned properly and I think it was worst room of the guest house.

Room cleaniness was good, hotel receptionist also had good dealing with us but map information is less accurate(1 km away from the described)

Thank u for the comments. Regarding map in fact it is one km away from bus stand Mandi on NH towards Manali.

bias river view, road side, near bus stand, cooperative staff, room are small but well maintained. cleanliness is a issue that's why giving 4 star

very bad behaviour. ll not recommend it further. we check out lately. the stuffs did not help to carry our luggage to room. the rooms donot have mirror too. even in the morning I got stucked in the bathroom due to non availability of water.
