it was good stay at amara resorts. best for couples. only thing is it's bit far from manali so you have to ask driver for taking and dropping at hotel. staff is very good and services are promt. food is very delicious. location is too good

Nice resortLocation - Far from Mall road but if you want a peaceful environment- this is the best place. beautiful view from the resortRooms- Nice rooms. AC Room is equipped with heaters and with 1 single extra bed. Non AC rooms are equipped with two double beds. Overall nice spacious rooms. one issue which I faced is the room Geyser was not working properly, it was irritating. I suggest - book AC rooms (they are much better). Food- Overall nice food. Excellent food, staff very polite and courteous . However the overall management needs immediate overhauling if they want to compete with market . Major points that need care include approach road full of deep potholes, paverblocks coming off, washroom sanitary fitting loose, tubs leak(room no 110), no provision of wipers in washrooms, washroom exhaust fan( 333) not working ,washroom doorlock missing , allowing check in at odd time ie 5 am to guests ,windowpanes dirty, cracked crockery ( tea c ...more

Extremely Extremely poor services in every things. This is my first wrost experience in any resort or hotel. I can't explain in words about my experience. Worst service in housekeeping , worst service in food and worst food quality , worst service in hospitality . My recommendation for any traveler is try some other resort not this. Not a single good room and no good quality of food

Worst experience ever Rooms were not clean spiders were there in the AC and it was not in working condition even after changing 2 rooms i have to left the hotel after just checking in. Poor management I felt safety issues.
