It a horrible experience. it was a 3 star hotel. If I rate according to the experience we had, it is a no star hotel with zero maintenance.We had booked two DELUXE rooms.1. Water leakage from bathroom ceiling.2. Water logging in the bathroom basin.3. Fungal growth on the bathroom walllo.4. Smelly rooms5. Intercom not in a working condition6.
