couldn't visit the place as didn't reach varanasi due to overcrowded buses and trains. and the property denied refund.

Dinesh ji helps in navigating through Varanasi streets on whom you can bank on. That is very much needed for tourists in Varanasi, otherwise will be easily tricked.
