Hotel room is very poor condition..Not properly cleaned, damp room. They are not providing aminities except a soap. Bath-Towel is not provided. There is a hot water problem. They connected two rooms by a giger point. Giger switch can operate only one of the room guest where giger switch is present.

very poor experience, my booking was non AC deluxe room, he provide me very dirty room, I asked to change the room he charged Rs 500 extra and given other room which was Ok, he gives third class room for booking, If any one asked to change the room, hr charge extra money for good room

Easily accessible from Ranchi rly station. Staffs are friendly. Room is spacious & clean as well as wash room. Ac working properly. Generator service is good. Recommend for stay safely . Already given, thanks

This hotel location is marked on two complete different locations on maps. Had lot of hassle in finding out the exact location. One of the phone numbers given on goibobo booking details is a wrong number.
