If you are looking for a place where you can find peace, very close to nature, and a get away from all your stress this is the place. This monsoon season is just awesome for just sit relax and hear the music of nature and the rain: service is very professional and food is really nice. Rooms are renovated and in excellent condition a tent will be enough for 3 adults easily. The kayaking activity will not be there till September since the dam is open. They offer cycles for a ride and this camp is very close to the boothathan dam and thattekad bird sanctuary.

Very pleasant experience, the property is very noce and scenic, but the food options are very less for a vegetarian people. Overall nice experience

A good getaway from Kochi at the foothills of the western ghats. The location is idyllic. The property is situated on the banks of the Periyar river. The River front tents with a small verandah to sit out, provide a good view of the river. It is best to visit this place in Jan/ Feb during the birding season. The Salim Ali bird sanctuaty is located across the river. The mellifluous chirping of the birds early in the morning and during dusk is a delightful experience. The tents have the basic faci ...more

Overall it was satisfactory. They need to have their own restaurant, need to improve food quality, Location is excellent and Its a safe place for couples.

An excellent place in the midst of nature. The whole setup is liberating due to the presence of Mountains, River, Chirping birds.. A good place to relax if some one is looking for peace & non-commercial tourist place. The staffs are very helpful & cordial especially Suresh Babu. Food is amazing. Local Kerala cuisine never tasted so good. Ideal for families & couples. Will not recommend for group of friends.

superb weather contact 3 Days before going there so that they will arrange a permission from forest department for jungle view u will get vodafone network only other network users u will feel how life is good without network in mobile cycling, kayaking etc are good facility here and superb food quality

one of the worst hotel I've ever seen.just for a bowl of lemon rice they are charging 250 RS.no big entertainments. AC wires are cut down with a caution traveller should not use.no security.no safety.not recommended for family members. totally worst response. accommodation.food and not worth for money.i have planned for 2 days but returned with in a day.**.
