1.room was not made out.
2.first given room at third floor and then shifted to 1st floor and then again shifted to 3rd floor saying that the wash rooms have problems.
very dirty rooms.
bed sheets were replaced three times but with the same results
the dressing mirror was found broken.
overall experience horrible.

No people to complete and keep the rooms ready for next customer. We had to wait with elderly parents in the lobby just because of the front desk team ignorance and lack of experience in hotel management. Definite no to this hotel again!!!

Very disappointing customer support and made us wait for rooms despite reaching on time. Front desk has no customer service etiquette and it is definitely not preferred for families.

Hotel was neat and clean. Room size is very good, rather large. Location was good. Food was OK. They need to improve breakfast spread and also service needs to be fast. Prices pf the hotel i found was on higher side for this category.

As per the current condition of the hotel it is very expensive
The bathroom flush is not working, water is falling continuously due to which I am not able to sleep the whole night.
There is a musty smell in the room.
The hotel staff also cleaned the room so that the smell did not remain for some time, but after that the smell continued throughout the night.
And the blanket also smelled bad
I even got the room sprayed, but the smell still didn't stop.
I had a very bad experience in this hotel and because of this I could not sleep the whole night.

I never been to such pathetic hotel in my life. Staff is arrogant, service is so pathetic, rooms are horrible with full of dirt. Toilet is uncleaned, floor dirty looks never cleaned.
You need to eat the food only which they have .
