Hotel amenities are perfect. Hotel food is perfect, reasonably priced. The room is regularly cleaned properly Staff behavior is very good. my complaint is with Goibbibo. The Elite package, offered in an elite package could not be exercised by us, even after communicating with Goibbibo.

because of washroom shower and AC room get wet all time. you have to dry this by your own as housekeeping service is too poor to bring even soap in 30 mins. I am not sure how mentioned review as excellent. May be feedback are being consider by hotel staff only.
