A had gone with my family to pay visit to trimbakeshwar temple. And had a very good experience at the property where in staff was good and helpful. Food was good and tasty. Location is bit dicey as not much public transport available. Amenities for kids could have been better. Recommended for family for pleasant stay for leisure and enjoyment.

we have been staying at anand resorts on trimbak road for over 15 years now during our periodic visits to trimbakeshwar and anjaneri. the resort is very well locatec and the rooms are also very spacious and well furnished. the general ambience of the place is excellent with lots of green space around inside the property. lots of parking space too. this time we felt that the service had slipped down many notches. i think maybe they were short staffed during this visit. more than anything ...more

This is a very old property with broken doors handles, automatic door not working, electrical switches not working, basin overflowed, broken windows, broken ceiling and much more food is ok service and maintenance needed

the rooms and ambience was nicely maintained. we loved the rooms, resort ambience and lawns. it was quite a family only 31st night. however the hospitality was not that great. the food service and quality was not that great and very slow and confused staff. seems like restaurant was rented out to third party. the complimentary breakfast was all fuss. there was dust all over the resturant with no option for breakfast. the checkout time was 10 am and the manager was after the quests to pack their bags sharp. this was dreadful.

Overall experience was good, little over priced but good in sense of location (on Trimbakeshwar road around 15kms app.). The resort needs a lot of work to be done on hygiene especially on the utensils they are using and serving to the customers. The stay experience was fine & all of the staff including the manager were cooperative albeit i personally didn't like the plastic unhygienic utensils which were used for serving to the guests. I hope that it would be taken care of for the future.

Good place but not well maintained. The linen was a bit soiled and the pillows were smelly. No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. Frequent power cuts and no power back up for the AC. Staff were helpful and courteous, though. Food was decent.
