Hotel managed by few chapri boys , no hospitality , very shabby place , no hot water available on tap, dirty rooms , ash tray with ciggarates , bathrooms not clean , had to ask for a new room , pathetic .for the price better option around.

TV remote was not working it look almost day to replace.Same with room cleaning request. They are not very prompt to attend any service requests. Overall location is good but needs to work on service.

The hotel has to improve on the following areas: 1. hot water is always an issue during the day except for mornings. Please make sure it's available 24 hours as you claim. 2. water bottles are provided complimentary but you need to remind multiple times...quite annoying 3. amusing design for bathroom lock. you can easily get locked from inside. 4. to open entrance door, you need to have great physique to push the door knob till the end. 5.
