Poor maintenance of rooms. Poor response from staff of the hotel. No care / concern for the customers or guests.

Staff is warm and helpful. Food is hot and tasty. The hotel has ample parking space.
The facility has two large lush lawns to please our eyes.
Overall very good stay. The only drawback is the approach road to the hotel is horrible and mostly one faces closed railway gate adding further woes of the terrible road journey (but then the hotel has nothing to do with it). I shall definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Fantastic Food... Hotel under renovation but over all experience is very nice.
clean room, good service, ample parking space, good location.
recommended for next stay.

Renovation was in process,the walls of the room was damaged from few places, rest had a good time in room as we were there for a night and also the behaviour of the receptionist was not friendly...

Hotel required to improve in services.Beedsheets should be spotless.No flies.And lot to do with room services. Even connectivity with reception not available. Overall a very poor experience
