very good staff but amusement park is the worst park. if you are planning with family to enjoy the rides pls save your money not a single ride is working...food is great...

Before booking and before check in I made call to hotel and confirm availability, I booked, paid in advance. Checked in around 01:00 am night, 1 St provided a room in which 5-6 used cigarettes were in bathroom, cigarettes smell was in room, can't even stand, at 01: 30 am requested to change the room, it was changed. TV DTH not working, no WiFi. Pool timing after 10:00 am, I request to use at 07:00 am, staff told you can not use pool as it is not included in booking, pay extra Rs 400 per person. ...more

The resort is perfect for out stay, good staff, clean rooms, nice clear pools and quality food makes a good holiday experience with family.

Over all bad experience in this resort
We booked online than to we have to pay extra charges
Lack of complimentary guest supplies
Food experience was bad
Water in pool was bad facing skin problems , pool need to clean , there is no slide was working

Very poor room service. The entire staff is busy in catering to functions.
Since the model is catering to functions, they are not even interested.
The restaurant does not start till 8 am. So don't expect any tea / breakfast before 9 am.
