disappointing stay - bat in room
i recently stayed at anjushree, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. one night, a bat flew into my room at 3:30 am, which was not only frightening but also a serious concern for my family's health and safety. as bats can carry diseases like rabies, the risk of a bite was alarming, especially with my 2-year-old son present.
to my disappointment, the hotel staff didn't offer any apology or take sufficient action to address the issue. as a p ...more
