Amenities mentioned in the package were not provided or not working, like AC is available but not working. TV available but not working, Wifi is there but not working. we informed in the reception but no action taken. Reception staff (28/1/2023) behavior was very very rude. They really don't know how to behave. At the time of check in they said very rudely no room available, contact goibibo you will get the refund back. Later we contacted goibibo and got room in the same property. That is not the way to talk. They are very unprofessional. Staff behaviour should be improved.

There is no AC, no water in wash basin.
Outside is lavish but inside it is not even normal hotel maintenance.

The worst hotel,rooms condition and bathroom is badly worst.The hotel manager is the nonsense person. In the ac room ac is not working,
When I complained several times the manager scolded me and try to beat me and forced to checkout.Actually the old ac dummy set is there.So I request to all pls don't go to that hotel.

It's was a good stay, the room are very older, while flushing in the toilet the water was coming from the flushing switch.. Hotel staff are very good. Breakfast was good at this price point.

The worst hotel never ever seen like this because I changed 2 rooms that 2 rooms also not clean and in bed beer bottles and cigarettes are there I complained hotel management but they are not responding they told me simply like if u want room adjust otherwise go for another hotel that behaviour I seen from hotel management
