well grounded staff..
selling water bottles at 30 & 40 rupees..
they provided an extra bed for one adult..
complained about room cleanliness immediately theey changed the room ..
car parking is good..and bad is smell from koovam..
inside room few mosquito were ttherr. ac was good enough.. no heater.. it's all about just a stay.. nothing more than that.. thanks..

not value for the money at all. need to ask for towels and toiletries.. restaurant was not so great... staff are friendly and courteous

I stayed here for a day with my family. I took two rooms for 10th Dec night, they will take their own time to allocate room and give you the keys.
In the morning, we wanted to take bath and start to temple. From 630 we started raiding complaint that there was no hot water but around 8 they told we will give it bucket. can you imagine after paying a decent tariff ,we get a service of this level. May be considering the less number of guests they dint switch on the central geasers.
anyways not with your money instead book some local hotels.
Everything expect that the room was decent.
