In my case my wife and my kid got food poisoning due to hotel food. We didn't ate out at all. so i get too much stresses and all plan has been ruined. The cleaning staff doesn't clean the room properly, not even they change the bed sheets. They don't replenish the amenities like soap and shower get, bathroom towel etc. As a mentioned my child too got food poisoning so he vomited twice in the room . My stay at the hotel was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was also good. the kids enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. My only regret was , the checkin time is 2 PM. Even though I reached the hotel at 2.10, I was made to wait for 40 mins to get the room. overall the experience was good. I would stay another time as well

Aside to few staff, Property does not match any criteria like as 4 star Property 1- We had ordered food in evening and put plates outside room. it was there till next day 12:00, need to call house keeping for removing the plates.Also taste were substandard. 2- They have pool area at terrace however no towel or attendant were there 3- I need to check for room cleaning with house keeping team. they do not have fix schedule. we had booked for 30th November check in and 2and December check out. but we checked out on 1st December as the hotel was shut down completely with no electricityand food. We were compelled to leave the hotel on 1st December. kindly refund one day stay amount already paid to you . We are trying to reach to customer care not no one is responding.
