Most of guests staying in this hotel are parents of the students studying in the nearby universities. We had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and had come to drop our 2nd child at the university. But at the last moment she got anxious and wanted to spend her last night with us. The front desk guy immediately asked us to pay the extra charges, saying its hotel policy. We had already paid for 1 extra bed and the room was not big enough for 2 extra beds. We stayed overnight here. Had 2 deluxe rooms between 4 people. And when we were checking out they said we stole their hangers from both rooms without checking from their staff that the hangers were not their in the first place.Then when we said we'll open our luggage and make a video and if it doesnt turn out in our things then what will you do.
