I couldn't stay as 1 day prior to stay they called and said they have some technical issues to accommodate and power outrage in hotel.They accommodated us in different hotel,but a) it was far from main road and hence I ended up paying for everytime I wanted to step out with no accessible road. b) safri pickup did not come inside saying it's inside and I had to pay Rs 800 extra to reach the national park. Ironically, I came to know from locals and i confirmed personally. They had overbooked for a marriage and had group bookings for which they, causes us all this inconvenience.

Great experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel arranged for us pottery sessions, magic show and evening folk music programs everyday. Arranged free trip for all boarders to Jhojheshwar mahadev temple. The staff were courteous. Only scope of improvement is food. The taste of food can improve.

Very good location .even a female solo traveller can reach in the midnight supportive staff . everything is excellent very nice place to stay

I went with my friend .. we just loved the ambience Staff are good , food. Was delicious There is something different and magical in the environments, it felt like luxury indian thematic palace . Totally worth the money

the place is beautiful but the buffet system sucks, everything is so limited, no varieties, nothing. couples should avoid the place, it's good for families only.

Pros:Very prompt service .Food, ambience cleanliness are all up to the mark. Rooms are spacious specifically loved the suit room we took (marigold). Special mention of Mr. Naveen and Mr. Chand for there prompt response to our requirements. Cons:Less variety in breakfast and buffet .Some more variety should be added . Location is in the heart of the city .
