    Stay was good and staff was very cooperative. If you are planning for a trip to Spiti or Kinnaur, this is a perfect place for a halt.

    Pros:- 1. Good interior 2. Proper resturant available. 3. Staff is helpful. Cons:- 1. App shows location in Narkanda, but it's 1 hr drive away towards Rampur, so prefer if u r going that way. 2. No complimentary breakfast available. 3. No scenic beauty view available as compared to Narkanda as it is at valley near river. 4. Breakfast is served late due to lesser staff in morning.

    Rooms was good but very very poor service delivered by staff. They didn't pickup your phone every time you reach to counter for any help and no staff available in whole hotel at 10.00 AM for a single cup of tea, breakfast to bhool he jayega.

    Best hotel in the area. Room service is best. Staff is respectful and cordial. Rooms are cozy and very neat and clean. I recommend this hotel who are visiting this area.Overall experience is awesome

    This hotel is not in Narkanda. This is 40kms ahead of NarkandaRoom was not ready at check in time, we reached 2 hrs late at 2pm.No one did not asked or offered us a glass of water at check in time. No water bottles were available in room, we have to ask for everything.Be careful about the sharp edges of bed, which can harm your leg while walking in side the room, they are atleast 4 inches out on corners.The only thing which we like about this hotel is their chef, food was at reasonable price and taste good as well.
