Looks good from outer but when I booked the hotel and went there ,they told me that they don't have any rooms , I had a 2 days 2 room booking and was stuck for a moment They gave me a room in an near by hotel rana palace , worst hotel I have ever seen rooms were decent but the manager was a freak he used to ask us immediately fir all the payments For eg : if we are food we need to pay at the same time and for all things and normally in all hotels we close all the balance at end . Overall a very good place to stay. Rooms are just perfect and away from traffic and at a very good but still not far location from Mall. Food was a bit disappointment and hotel should add more options in food as they do not serve non veg. They have a dog called Apple a Pug. very cute and naughty and Hotel Manager is very polite unlike previous fake reviews where they tagged him as rude and abusive person.

Stayed on 30th of may2016.So the rooms are beautifullll.That's it. The washrooms aren't washed since months,fungus behind the door on tiles.Chandeliers full of spiderWeb.Bedsheets dull and full of wrinkles as if taken out from a pot. No parking for the drivers,you have to climb 20approx stairs ,carry ur luggage ,to reach the hotel level that too in pitch dark place,if u hv torch in ur mob only dn u cn go.
