over all experience was good care taker was very nice and helpful. also we getting fully furnished room which was usp of this room fridge /gas/utensils/washingmachine... bt im giving 4 rating jst bcz this room is bit inside in condolim bt overall very nice stay

Balcony has a great viewing experience of natural beauty. Society is well maintained. Caretaker is responsive. Getting "rent a cab" is very easy & cab owner are very much cooperative. Cooking utensils are short of requirement and kitchen need to be well equipped with wardrobe, shelfs.

Nice hospitality by Karan. He has good contacts for hiring vehicle on rent. Good property but around 1 km from candolim beach.

the place is overall very dirty and stinks like a public toilet, add to that a power cut from 2 am in the night to 10 am in the morning makes it nothing short of disgusting ☹️

Nice location and fully furnished rooms. Awesome place to stay in candolim. Caretaker Karan bhai is a nice happy Jinda Dil guy. He is always there for any help.Clean and safe location. Must stay.
