foot mat near bathroom is not cleaned for so many years. No intercom facility available. lots of things to improve . lights not switching off after removal of swipe card from slot.

it's a beautiful hotel equipped with amenities and very well behaved staff. breakfast places are near the location so there are no challenges what do ever. had a pleasant stay

water was leaking from AC, because of that the floor was wet and the wall had fungus.
There were bedbugs.

My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The unclean bathroom and room, combined with the absence of essential amenities like proper towels and water bottles, as well as the neglected state of the building, left me with a lasting negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is my hope that the management takes immediate steps to address these issues and improve the overall quality of their establishment.
