one of the 2 deluxe rooms booked was not that good. there felt a bad smell in the room and the curly curtain was not working properly.

we reached hotel at mid night around 1.30 am and we stand outside the hotel for 45min to open the hotel front door. I travel with my family,it was an horrible situation for us by standing outed the road side.we called reception for more than 10 times and they didn't pick the phone,after 45min they pick my phone and opened the door ,it around 2.20 am, till that time we are standing out side the hotel.and the behaviour of receptionist was very bad.That guy didn't give me the reservation form and ...more

Not happy with the stay in Hotel Apsara as the rooms including bed were not properly dusted or cleaned that we (wife, myself and our 4months old son) started to sneeze and cough immediately when lying on bed. And room full of mosquitoes. Also bathroom is also not maintained properly. Toilet seat cover is not fixed due to which we couldn't use it. Service response is also poor.

Its basically a bar. They don't have any processes suitable to accommodate guests. Room is ok. Not at all suitable for family

I booked a deluxe room for my,the room had adequate facilities,but was not clean.full of dusts...breakfast also bad..not worth for money.i paid 2045 rupees..my bad experience
