Lovely beach side property with proper facilities and the best part is it is located centrally and is easily accessible to all other areas. Restaurants spas are all almost nearby

The first impression I had of this resort was dirty and full of dust. We checked in to our rooms which were full of dust. Dust on everything from phone to kettle to mirror. Even the welcome drink had some particles of dust.
After the initial hickup, the rest of our stay was rather comfortable. Rooms are spacious and staff courteous.
The only downside was breakfast buffet which could not be called a buffet given the options available.

As far as resorts in Havelock are concerned Aquays is location wise good resort having very nice private beach but the service are average and quality of food us also average. Otherwise its good.

Great experience...Great staff and hospitality... Location is near to Kala pathar beach. their own private beach is also good and worth spending time.
Food is good and property is well maintained.

I will not recommend this property. Pathetic service, tasteless food and dirty rooms. I booked a hut its roof was having taramind and it was falling from roof. Food was having insects in it and when we show this to the person on duty instesd pf saying sorry he was saying that we can not do anything about this. I have never seen this type of behaviour. Construction work was going on so a lot of disturbace and clutter here and there.
No value for money. Never go for this hotel.
