i am staying at aquays hotels and resorts at saheed island from 29.5.25 to 1.6.25.resorts is good but lighting in private beach area is switch off all day.bar , spa and music system are closed all day. one swimming pool is also closed during our stays.we feel that they cheated us.

we visited aquays hotels & resorts on 24 december on that day they had arranged the gala dinner so management was very poor in alloting the rooms to visitors. also room and bedsheet was not cleaned properly. food quality was below average

Not recommended. The food was very costly, alcohol prices were 4 times than normal, swimming pool was so dirty that the impurities and dirt was visible even by naked eyes, anyone can get sick just by taking a swim. Breakfast was very average and the restaurant was also average.

This is my 3rd hotel stay through you agency ...its worst stay even here ...water is not coming even after many reminder and we have come out in the middle of bath ...power is coming after 10-15 min and we have to live in the dark...
Being the good review hotel is pathetic ...

Severally understaffed. The behaviour of the staff is good but they are so less in number that it's becoming hard for them to cater to even the smallest of needs like bringing the bottle of water to the room. For everything you'll have to call the reception multiple times before it gets delivered or in number of instances it was still ignored. Please avoid this hotel until they change their ways, because the amount we are paying is exorbitant compared to the state of the hotel and it's service.
