Rooms are very congested and their washroom was dirty. Rooms service was very delayed. Their balcony is very dirty and their door is broken.

room was very small. tv wasn’t connected to wifi or cable. tea making wire was missing, have to call the housekeeping again and again.

Very new Hotel with construction in progress. They are providing many facilities thats a premium hotel should provide but lacking basic facilities like lock in bathroom door. null of the attached bathrooms are having lock on door. Booked their top class room for 3 adults but the bed they provided accommodating 2 adults only. After lots of arguments they provided another complementary room.
