I have booked for a deluxe room for 2 guest but they have provided me only a single bed room and insist that I have booked a small room. when I raised the concern, they continued that this is the only available room right now.
Room was decent enough and clean.

Front office has no responsibility we have booked 2 rooms at check in time around 8 pm we have given 1 room no proper cleaning very bad service

when we arrived at 7.45 pm the room was not ready. They gave the room at 10.15pm at night saying room is clean and done.after going to room it was very bad experience. used bed covers, used pillow covers, used duvet covers, bathroom was not clean , no bath mat , no bustdin in room, no glasses for drinking water. after asking to change the linen. the guy changed it with again used linen. The next day the breakfast area was so unhygienic area, very dirty area. over all experience was bad. a guy called vijay tried his best to service us good but still the property has a bad experience.
