Room which was allotted to us was very nice & spacious. Hotel is hardly 400m from varanasi junction railway station & close to bus depot. Very convenient location. Food was really good and taste. I would definitely come back again here for stay.
Room was spacious with all the amenities. Overall excellent experience.

hotel calls and charges extra even after checkout. doesn’t provide proper bill. food was okay, housekeeping doesn’t have any understanding of anyones need even after multiple calls they do all the wrong things. they don’t even clean the rooms well. reception communication is terrible, asking for extra payments. in short horrible experience.
will never choose this hotel again.

hotel is excellent .very neat n clean .very prompt service .but as the window has double layer glass .space in-between has lot of spider web .
as you remove curtain it is visible

Doesn't support early checkin. My experience with booking 4/5 stars has been allowing early checkin and convenience.
Arcadia charged me additional money for early checkin.
Room service is very slow, you need to remind twice house keeping staff.
An ok kind of stay.

They are very unprofessional when it comes to services and Behaviour . Restaurant staffs are very unprofessional . Charges too much money for everything but not any luxuries provided . Only good things courteous Gatekeeper and fee staff and location
