Arcadia magnet hotel is near to bus stn and bost jetty. But rooms and bath rooms are not clean. Bad smell in rooms. They use old linens and lot of stains are there. food is ok. I am totaly disappointed.

First of all they demanded Adhar card ,but I have only attested copy with me ,in digilocker my adhar shown but they want to me share, but i can't, security reasons of data , but they taken photo, Room service is bad ,no kattle in Room, no proper room service only bar is there so crowded not good for family or business people

rooms are good. service also good. but main issue is access to hotel lobby. we have to move inside through a crowd of drunken people who visit the bar there. parking the vehicle is horrible with all the bikes and scooters parked always in front of the hotel who are coming to booze. never recommend to stay there with family. suggestion. the management should consider seperate entry for bar and hotel and space for parking in front of hotel.

i had booked for 2 nights but had to checkout after 1night due to some change in travel plans due to a train cancellation. arcadia magnet is near the ksrtc bus stand and near the boat-jetties close to the backwaters. it's a new hotel with clean rooms and necessary amenities. staff were well behaved and cooperative.

One of the very worst hotel ,Rude staff Start from security ,Reception lady was very very rude doesn't know how to behave with customers.Worst hotel not recommended for any one .They have a bar they are happy to service only people who drink . Not recommended for a stay .No parking facility is also there .Beds spread is used one after fighting they have changed Worst worst worst hotel

Not much facilities from the hotel.
There is a bar on ground floor which makes very uncomfortable for family.
Nonveg smell in the hotel all the time.
Rooms are big size but, columns are in between the rooms and toilet, very bad architecture.
Staff is cooperative but no food facility from hotel.
