the ambience is fine but staff is not available on call .dirty torn towels .no service even tea .very sad experience

Cons:
Small compact rooms with no ventilation.
Lot of mosquitoes in room and hotel proactively didn’t provide mosquito repellent. When asked for repellent, staff took 1.5 hours to get us mosquito repellent.
Hot water was not available in shower area in the morning or night. Staff kept coming to check with soiled shoes into wet floor of bathroom which looked just like an eye wash.
Finally we used water heater to prepare hot water.
Blankets can be thin considering small room with AC.

Simply Horrible.1. No hot water in Taps.2. Breakfast is not on time. Provided Poori Bhaji after so many follow ups with Hotel staff.3. Provided 500 ml water in room. On complaint they provided another 500ml bottle.4. Horrible service not even an intercom facility to call reception.

one of the best hotel in ROBERTSGANJ. nice location. rooms are small. food is very good. service is good. staff is cooperative.
good budget hotel. I strongly recommend it.

Worst hotel to stay, in two days of my stay lights were not there between 3 am to 11 am. Still while writing this review light is not there.. They don't use power back up..at least visitor should get a peaceful sleep, but they fail to provide that also.. Food is also not that good. I don't know why they are charging high amount if they can't Provide service to that extend.. Pathetic .
