Room and washroom was clean, that's the only good thing about the hotel. So, about not good things - Bedsheet was not clean, No towel, toilet roll, bathroom toiletries were provided, After asking for the towel, I got dirty towel, that they might be using for some cleaning purpose I think. Moreover, The room I booked was with breakfast, there was some misunderstanding on their part, we were not provided breakfast and after clearing the misunderstanding, We were told it will take 35-40 min. 3:30 am... power fluctuations .. called reception nobody picked ...informed them by taking stairs from 4th floor..staff slept again by saying it will get fixed automatically in 5-10 mins... never suggest this hotel to anyone

the hotel shows 3 star but don't have facility of one star evenTV in room was not working, had to change room due to it, no kettle with coffee and tea bags, no hot water in bathroom, very bad experience
