we did not get rooms as mentioned in the booking format. the room provided was very small and the bed sheet and pillows provided were old and stained.
No restaurant of their own.

Room was dirty, bathroom was stinking and tv was not working. There was no ac remote and was not able to control the fan speed. No blanket was provided. Unhappy with the service.

not stayed there as that hotel was on 2nd floor and there are no lift and i have patient not able to walk
they didn't return my money as i talked to costomer care but no relief

i booked hotel aron, chattarpur for march 23, but the ac and inside door lock were not working. the hotel refused a room change or refund, gave false assurances, wasting my time. i had to check out without service or refund.
