we choose executive room....the room says Smart tv, balcony but Smart tv was not available,ac was not working, room was so small ...very disappointed π.......

we had a pleasant stay at arpita beach resort. the ambiance was relaxing, and the overall experience was enjoyable. would recommend it for a comfortable beachside getaway.
