i have been booking rooms through goibibo for the last 3-4 years continuously.
i believe this was the worst stay i have ever done through this app.
actually when we arrived there, no room was available. then they allocated a room. we have booked 2 rooms, but we got only 1 room.
the room was untide. bathroom flush was not working. bathroom was not clean. in the balcony there was lot of unwashed clothes. bed was already used.
switch plugs was not properly working.
a lot of pets including cats and dogs were there which made us mad.
