we didn’t enjoy the stay at aruna residency as the rooms weren’t as clean as it should be the pillows and bed sheets had bad odour, switch boards didn’t work, water heater wasn’t working( had to take bath in cold water) one of the biggest disappointment was washroom - rusted taps, broken bucket and never washed mugs and toilet
the whole experience was terrible felt like we were staying at an abandoned house
poor experience, highly priced
please take necessary action
