very good resort, fantastic services. When in problem owner came personally and upgraded from apartment to villa, good BF and nice amenities. I always will recommend this property

It's a nice place 10 mins walking distance to Sunset Beach. The owner was really friendly and helpful. It's not a resort though as the name suggest. But, the apartment is nice when you book @Rs.**per room per night for 4 person.

This is a wonderful place owned by Mr. Agnelo D'Silva, popularly known as Aggie. The resort is located at a very short walking distance from the Sunset beach. The owner himself looks into all your needs and is a very jovial and affable person. We reached late in the night after finishing our South Goa tour and even at the late hours he promptly provided us with the necessary ingredients to make tea for us before our dinner could be taken. Good resort with nice amenities. Just adjacent to sunset beach. Martins and Fishka restaurant are good to visit and have food. Happy to visit. and looking forward to visit again.

Good Resort with well maintenance and just adjacent to sunset beach. Cleanliness and breakfast are at their best. Martins and Fishka nearby restaurants are good places to visit and have food.We enjoyed our holiday at resort and feeling to visit again.
