apart from clean rooms and breathtaking location the staff were courteous and offered excellent hospitality...quick room service,warm house keeping team and very welcoming reception.had a wonderful time with my family in ashapuri luxury resort

I was preparing zacuzzi and i observe fire smell since morning 6 am and thought might someone outside light fire but it was fire broke above zacuzzi. No staff came to help to shift my luggage and no help at all, i am waiting at lobby without another room, a negative rating from my side. Want my money back.

The hotel was good. Staff courteous though not well versed in English. The complimentary drinks on arrival was not given but overall stay was comfortable
