hotel is at good location but due to vacant rooms, the hotel is occupied by dust , lizard , worms in toilet , mosquito etc ..I had to change room thrice and lastly adjusted in third one because I had other work also ..bedsheets are of red and silver color so we can not even identify that they are washed or not .and condition of blanket is pathetic, full of dust ,without any cover & reused by everyone ..train's AC blankets are in better condition then hotel's ..infrastructure of hotel is good but maintenance is 0

no air conditioner, staff is rejecting to switch on a/c and fan. some how they switched on and it again stopped in an hour. no hot water. cleaning of wash rooms are the worst. what ever you ask to staff, they will say that is not covered in your plan. like i booked ac delux room they said non ac room was purchased. no flush guns in the bathroom, they are surving hot water in in buckets, but water is not enough to take bath, if we ask about facilities mentioned in booking app they simply tell we ...more

Present on the highway and 400 m from Deendayal Chauk. Easy for transport. Food was good. I'll recommend this hotel for family and solo travelers.
