the room given was dirty. no cleanliness. cockroach and insects roaming in the room. furniture is old. smelly room and reception. only location is good. they are charging for non AC room. not value for money.

Let me make clear that go for this hotel only if you're looking for budget stay. I booked this hotel for my family. As its rainy season i booked non AC one. Hotel room are very congested. No proper electricity points to charge phone and laptops. Only one point was working in the room of 4 persons. Hot water is NOT available 24 hrs. It's available from 7.30 to 10. Breakfast is a available from 9 to 10. Quality of breakfast is average. They can make huge improvement there. NO LIFT. NO TELEPHONE TO ...more

Very clean, comfortable hotel and easy access to a large amount of transport hubs. Highly recommended. Recommend the staff be polite with your guests.

Room alloted was not even clean, no hot water, no complimentary water bottle, I swipe my fingers and showed the dirty floor, then they gave me another room, we noticed that only bed was neat and tidy, rest again room was not clean, ladies hair lying down, comode shower not working, no seperate mug and bucket for laterin purpose, window pane handle broken, so there was 2 inch gap, which was easy mosquito for entry, even cupboard was not clean, Tv table same condition, complimentary breakfast, the ...more
