Hotel first alloted me Room #118 which was stinking with tobacco smell. On complaining, they shifted to #119 which was hardly 100SF. Room was without cupboard, no hook, no hanger for clothes, unclean, no mirror in toilet. Bathroom mat was dirty and was replaced. Room was having window AC which was making lot of noise. Next day they shifted me to another room #121. Room was better but AC was not working. BF was Ok and was the only saving grace.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. I especially appreciated the modern amenities like the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked mini-fridge.The bathroom was also impressive—clean, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. other getting tips all staffs are very busy on some thing which I am not aware what it is. Room & Toilet where like 70's godown. A/c was just name sec kept . was not even giving air
Demanding tips for doing their work and not worried to ask guest whether they are comfortable on their stay or not

Old AC not worked till I checked out. room was not that good looking. toilet was so old like I ad gone to 70's. Only one thing was common with all staff was asking tips in kind way

We were almost forced to leave 5 star review on Google before we left the hotel by the two ladies on the reception. We were late to checkout by 40 mins due to some urgent last minute work and the ladies at the reception were almost flabbergasted on why did we not pickup their call and they told the same thing atleast 5-7 times and told us to wait and ensured we leave 5 star review for the hotel. Unprofessional and rude staff. Will never stay or recommend this hotel again to anyone.

Very very poor attitude of the front office manager. Rough behaviour while seeking Aadhar card details that too specifying that all members aadhar details are mandatory which is very unusual and there was no mention about their hotel policy either during booking or even after receipt of confirmation from Ibibo including hotel website. nasty bed condition and bed covers, blankets, pillows, towels were stinking. Poor and rude attitude of the manager. All members of the family must produce Aadhar card was stressed where in there is no mention about this information either in hotel . Poor room service. One tea cost Ra.95 which is higher than 4star hotel. Improper amenities such as torn bed, bad smelling towels and bed spreads. All stains on the bed. Room size shown actual room at the property do not match with any means. Over all very very poor and sick environment
