This hotel has all the basic amenities and maybe a step further, with the ambience.
But here's the thing, the part thats most important to me is, how the staff is willing to help me, how quickly my room service are delivered. How the food tastes. For the food & room service I was disappointed.
Also since i visited in August, The room was so air tight and hot, I could not sleep entire night. When i asked them to turn on a bit cooling, first they said no its automatic, then they said ok we are do ...more

Very nice hotel and specially the staff, Mr.ArunKumar, their GM is an excellent human being always availabe and helpful.
Brekfast buffet is plentiful. Food qulity is also pretty good. Ladakh now needs airconditing in the summer months, hope the hotel adds airconditioning to all the rooms by next summer.
Overall very nice, would stay there again if I were ever to Vist LEH again.

Arun, the manager was a great host.. Good hotel and rooms on the whole.. But Arun was too helpful and great at his job..
