I booked four rooms for family and was charged approx 13000/- and the rooms provided was fully dirty and almirah was filled with bear bottles and alcohol .false ceiling concrete and putty was falling from roof 1.AC of all four rooms were not working2. No toiletries in bathroom 3. Even drinking water was not provided. I brought water from outside in midnight because of the scoundrel person at reception.4. good hotel at nice location near to Railway station 🚉 and staff Behaviour is so good just one thing missing is kitchen is not here but staff will be arranged the food

there is no any person to attend to you. not any facility .even morning tea. tv is there but only as a wall hanging

This hotel is nothing like shown in the pictures. It is kind of a lodge where lobby and corridors are filled with parked scooter and bikes.Ac doesn't work. I ended up there at midnight with my wife. Doors were locked and after knocking a helper came with no clue of having any booking from my side. After 20 mins of hassle he called some guy to check and at last i got a room in there with no working shower, no working ac, smelly room, no toiletries, no food, no water. I would have uploaded few pics but i was so tired, couldn't even think of clicking any.Think twice before you book.

I booked business class ac room. It's horrible to stay here, at night cockroaches came out and started pinning my shoulder.Extremely horrible. Tat sky is only a showpiece, no subscription. No room service. Never experienced such at any stay in my life time.
