They transferred my booking to CITY LITE hotel...
which was below average
goibibo customer care service is also poor..

room too small, washroom is very small, The cleanliness in the hotel was very good, The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke very politely. Parking lots are also available

Pathetic hotel. Location is inside a narrow street and the signboard of the hotel is also not working. So we had to ask people around to find out the hotel. The photos of the property uploaded are completely misleading and nowhere close to the actual hotel. Food arrived after 1 hour of being ordered. All in all a pathetic experience
