the hotel ambience was excellent and we loved the rooms and the hospitality of the staff, they were very helpful and it was an excellent time spent there. athena will be the place ne and my family will stay everytime we visit thiruvannamalai.

While the hotel and its amenities are quite good, the service from the hotel team was disappointing. We had specifically booked a king bed for a couple, but were given a twin bed instead. Despite requesting a change both at check-in and later, the staff was uncooperative and unwilling to help.
Additionally, small issues added to the discomfort — for example, water dripping from the AC created a constant noise that disrupted our sleep. These minor but important details significantly affected our overall experience.

1. it was pretty clean.2. spacious3. a/c was not effective. had to put it to cool every 30 minutes. had disturbed sleep due to this4. bigger buttkn of toilet flush was not functional5. breakfast was good.6. distance from temple is a big constraintinfd the reception desk on the issues faced. was tolx that written complaint is not required and that they would take action. hope so.

it was a great experience at the athena hotel. it's located at a peaceful spot and just 4 kms from the temple.
the property is beautiful and the staff behaviour is so nice and they are very considerate. would definitely recommend this place.

I would like to start off by saying that, I would be happy to recommend this hotel. It has the best staff, very good food, great hospitality and well located.
First the good things. Athena hotel has some of the best staff I've seen in a long time. They were very helpful and hard working. They were very quick resolve some of the issues I had and very cooperative and supportive.
